Queen of Steel would like you to feel satisfied with your purchase, so if you are not happy, please contact us as soon as possible. Items need to be returned within 14 days of purchase. You will have to bring your original receipt. Once we have received the returned goods, we will offer you a store credit of the item at the purchase price (the price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery cost). We do not do cash refunds.
All jewellery used for initial piercing or installed is final sale, due to hygiene reasons.
All products are returnable, excluding:
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Whilst our piercing jewellery is made to be functional, care must be taken when wearing them.
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of purchase with photographs of your order. We will replace it with a new or correct item. If a delicate piece of piercing jewellery breaks within 30 days of purchase due to a manufacturing fault, we will assess you item and repair it or replace it. Please note that you are responsible for the item until it is received to Queen of Steel.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged or altered.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for broken chains and necklaces. Chains by nature are extremely delicate and need to be handled with great care by the wearer.
We do not refund or exchange vouchers, gift cards or tattoo deposits.
